Q: What is included in the A-DOOR-ED subscription package price?

Q: Can I place a special wreath order?
A: Yes!
A: When you place your order, subscriptions are paid in full, up-front via a secured payment system on the A-DOOR-ED website.
Q: Are the wreaths for men or women?
A: Both! We can design a beautiful wreath for individual males, females or couples. Most of the wreaths will be gender-neutral, but can be more personalized with customized add-ons.
Q: Do I get to pick out what my wreath will look like?
A: Not exactly. The designer will create the wreath according to the occasion and/or holiday. You can choose to accessorize your wreath with a photo and/or initial. Also, you can add a note for the designer if there is something specific you are wanting to add.
Q: How do I include a photo?
A: With your order, please be sure to include any add-ons. The website will ask you for more information and/or files to be included.
Q: Can I buy just a one-time wreath?
A: Yes, we have two options for that: one is the Cherished package which is a one-time, specialty wreath for a specific occasion or holiday. This wreath will be picked up at a specified date. The Forever In My Heart package is a custom, personalized keepsake wreath that will not be picked up and remains the property of the recipient.
Q: What happens if I choose the Cherished package, but my loved one wants to keep the wreath and not have it picked up?
A: Please contact A-DOOR-ED and we will charge you the difference between the two packages and will remove the pick-up date from the original order.
Q: What if the delivery address changes?
A: Please contact us via A-DOOR-ED.com to inform us of the new address.
Q: What if my loved one can no longer receive a wreath?
A: We understand that things can change, so we handle these issues on a case-by-case basis. In most situations, wreath delivery can be designated for another recipient.
Q: When I am placing an order, I am being asked for shipping information; I thought the wreaths were delivered?
A: Wreaths will be hand-delivered to the designated recipient. However, currently our order system records the delivery address in the shipping field. Be sure to indicate where you want the wreath to be delivered in the shipping field.
